She has just released a cook book Eat In: The Best Food is Made at Home available at retailers at Westfield.

■ Free microchipping: behavioural training and a health check for cats and dogs at Jamison Park on Saturday 21 September from 10am to 2pm.

A vet and an animal trainer will be on hand along with the council's companion animal officers to do microchipping, answer questions and assess pets' needs. Please bring your cat in its carrier and keep your dog leashed. For details, call 4732 7543.

■ Nepean Naval Service: Nepean Blue Mountains Sub-section of the Naval Association of Australia is having its annual plaque and wreath laying ceremony, Saturday, September 21, Sandy Brennan Memorial Reserve, Bruce Neale Drive, Penrith. Members and cadets form up at 10.15am for the march in and the ceremony starts 10.35am.
